The fluid of the micro peristaltic pump only touches the pump tube, and there is no pollution. It can transport solid, liquid or gas-liquid mixed phase fluids, and can transport all kinds of materials with abrasive, corrosive, and oxygen sensitive characteristics, as well as various medicines and foods. The miniature peristaltic pump has high accuracy, good accuracy and stability, and the accuracy can reach 0.5%. Its speed is not high and it is easy to control the flow. The miniature peristaltic pump has low shear force and is suitable for conveying shear-sensitive and aggressive fluids. The micro peristaltic pump has good self-priming ability, can run idly, can prevent backflow, and can run in reverse. The micro peristaltic pump has good airtightness, and only the hose needs to be replaced at ordinary times.
Peristaltic pumps are limited to the use of flexible tubes, which will limit the pressure. The outlet pressure has a strong pulsation, and the outlet pressure of the pump cannot be measured. Generally, an inlet and outlet buffer tank is selected to relieve it to reduce the pulsation.
Rotation speed refers to the operating speed of the peristaltic pump motor. The number of revolutions per unit time is used as the unit of measurement, usually "revolutions per minute" or "revolutions per second" as the unit. Flow and speed are generally proportional, but there are special circumstances that cannot be generalized.
Suction stroke refers to the vertical distance from the pump head of the micro peristaltic pump to the liquid plane. The size of the suction lift affects the flow rate. The larger the suction stroke, the smaller the flow rate, and the pump will not discharge liquid after reaching a certain value. Under the same suction lift, the density of the liquid also affects the flow rate. The smaller the density, the greater the flow rate.
In addition, factors such as temperature, speed control error, head, hose pressure, hose manufacturing error, and pump head manufacturing error will affect the accuracy of the flow.
Start and stop control: In the normal state (not at full speed), every time the start/stop button is pressed, an operation opposite to the existing state is completed, and the running indicator is lit or extinguished. That is, when the start/stop button is pressed during running, it will stop and the running indicator will go out. This key is invalid in full speed state.
Direction control: In the normal state, press the direction key to change the working direction of the mini peristaltic pump, and the corresponding direction indicator will light up and go out. This key is invalid in full speed state.
Speed control function: Under normal conditions, pressing the speed up key or the speed down key once can increase or decrease the working speed of the pump by 1 rpm. Continue to hold down the speed up key or the down speed key to achieve rapid speed adjustment. The speed range indicator lights change accordingly. Each indicator light represents 5 revolutions. For example, the third digit is lit, indicating that the speed range is 11-15 rpm. In full speed state, these two keys are invalid.
Full-speed function: In the normal state, press the full-speed key once, the mini peristaltic pump will enter the full-speed state, run at the highest speed (50.0rpm), and the full-speed indicator will be lit. Press the full speed button again, the pump returns to the state before entering full speed, and the full speed indicator light goes out.
