The RUNZE RP42 is a compact industrial micro Syringe pump designed for precise aspiration and dispensing in analytical instruments, laboratory equipment and automated fluid systems. A stepper motor and lead-screw transmission convert rotary motion into controlled Syringe travel for stable micro-volume fluid handling.
The series is available in 100, 500 and 1000 uL capacities. Integrated-driver versions support RS-232 and RS-485 communication with RUNZE, MODBUS and ASCII protocols. External-drive versions provide optocoupler home-position sensing for OEM controller integration.
Dual 10-32 UNF Syringe wash ports can be connected to a cleaning circuit to help remove deposits from the ceramic Syringe surface. The transparent PCTG pump head allows visual inspection of the fluid path during setup and maintenance.
