Female Luer Bulkheads is composed of three parts, main body, fixing nut and mounting stator to ensure the stability of the connection. It is suitable for connection from one side of the tube ID 1/16" to 1/4" to another side of female/male luer by going through the panel. The material of medical grade PP ensures high purity, suitable for non-corrosive liquid and environment. All parts of this luer to tubing connector meet tight dimensional tolerances for increased reliability and process purity.

Step 1. Drill 1 hole site on target panel or board, hole site diameter same or little bigger than outer diameter of male thread (1/4-28 or M10 vary from different model numbers) of the Female Luer-to-Barb Bulkhead Fitting
Step 2. Drill 2 small hole sites centering on above big hole site, hole site diameter same or little bigger than outer diameter (dia.3.0mm, depth 1.5mm) of the emboss on mounting stator
Step 3. Put the mounting stator into the 2 small hole sites, pass the Female Luer-to-Barb Bulkhead Fitting through the regular hexagon of mounting stator
Step 4. Rotate the fixing nut through the male thread of the Female Luer-to-Barb Bulkhead Fitting until well tightened
Step 5. Luer connect the Male Luer-to-Barb adapter with Female Luer-to-Barb Bulkhead Fitting until well tightened
Step 6. Connect prepared 2 pieces flexible tubes at two barbed ends
