Ⅰ. The Role of The Precision Syringe Pump

The precision syringe pump is an instrument used for long-term uniform microinjection in life science research. The reasonable use of precision syringe pumps in the experiment can greatly reduce the labour intensity of the experimenters and accurately control the usage of various reagents. Generally speaking, the precision injection pump system is composed of the control system, input system, output system, stepper motor, status detection system, injector, power supply, alarm system and other components. Let's explain them one by one below.


Ⅱ. Analysis of the Composition System of the Precision Syringe Pump

1. The principle of mechanical transmission. After getting the instruction of the central circuit, the stepping motor drive circuit gets the load voltage and drives the stepping motor through a certain pulse excitation. The stepping motor rotates at a certain regular pulse frequency and then drives the power source to a two-stage deceleration box for deceleration so that the output speed is further refined and transmitted to the screw rod. The screw rod forms an outer loop rolling screw pair with the half-nut structure to accurately transmit the speed to the baffle, providing a stable and accurate feed motion.


2. The power supply circuit of the precision syringe pump is composed of power supply selection, charging part and voltage boosting part. The power supply circuit provides the working power of the components, which can automatically switch between internal and external power sources. When using external power sources, the internal power sources are automatically charged. After charging is completed, the charging circuit is automatically disconnected. If the external power is cut off, the internal power supply can automatically supply power.


3. The main control module uses a single-chip microcomputer to control the entire system, including work control, parameter calculation, keyboard input status display, pressure detection, automatic labeling and automatic alarm functions.


4. The connection module of the syringe stepper motor requires the motor control system to achieve high torque, low vibration level, low noise, fast response and efficient drive. The stepping motor distributes the controller to obtain the quasi-sine wave drive current. The clock signal controls the speed of the stepping motor.


5. The automatic alarm system mainly includes: fall-off warning, system warning, normal working indication, battery warning, external power supply warning and other functions. Use a buzzer to sound or a light-emitting diode to produce a warning signal.


6. Pressure detection system. A sensor is a device that can sense or respond to a prescribed physical quantity to be measured and convert it into a usable signal output according to a certain rule. It can convert the input variable into a detectable electrical signal, and send various parameters to the computer system for intelligent monitoring and control.
