
ABOUT LM60 series
Overview
Nowadays, the market has more stringent requirements for fluid accuracy. Thus, our company has investigated and visited a large number of customers. On the basis of LM50, a comprehensive upgrade has been carried out and a technical breakthrough has been achieved. The minimum speed is accurate to ±0.1rpm, which has reached a 10-times increase. However, the operating power is extremely low and only accounts for one-third of the LM50. It has rich application scenarios and control methods. It can support keyboard control mode, communication control mode (RS232/RS485 bus), external control mode (optional multiple signal conversion modules) and passive contact state output, with good accuracy and repeatability. It has the advantages of high efficiency, high cleanliness, convenient maintenance and simple operation and can be used manually and automatically.

2. The recommended speed ranges of 17# and 24# hoses are below 300rpm.
3. The above test data is the flow rate measured under the condition of pure water without pressure at a room temperature of 20℃. The actual use is affected by the medium, working conditions, temperature and humidity, and voltage. The above data is for reference only.

Note:
1. When selecting the pump head and pump tube, it needs to refer to the corresponding flow curve.
2. The hose has the same pipe diameter and specifications, different materials, pipe ductility, resilience, softness and hardness are different. The maximum flow is for reference only.
3. For hoses with thicker pipe walls (such as 24# pipe), the current setting can be appropriately adjusted to increase the torque at high speeds.
4. For hoses with thicker pipe walls (such as 24# pipe), they may start to lock up immediately after going up to the high speed if they stop working for a period of time. Lubricating oil is needed while it should be to work for 1 to 2 minutes in the low-speed section.
