PEEK inverted cone connector
The connector is made of PEEK, which is insoluble in almost all solvents except concentrated sulfuric acid.
High temperature resistance, wear resistance, large friction coefficient and large mechanical coefficient. The joint is not easy to loosen after tightening. It is superior to PTFE in terms of impact resistance.
Five hard pipes with outer diameter of 1.6/2.0/2.5/3.0/3.2mm can be used. It can be disassembled repeatedly without affecting its airtightness.
The long-term working temperature range is -100~+250 degrees Celsius.
With complete specifications and wide applications, it can meet the needs of laboratories, medical analysis, environmental testing, food testing, biochemical analysis and petroleum industry.

LM60 series intelligent filling peristaltic pump
The flow rate, speed, and liquid volume can be controlled separately through the button panel. It also has 4 common control modes, calibration, continuous, quantitative, and appointment.
It has high-performance processor and motor drive, control stepper motor and motor subdivision adaptive with the lowest speed of 0.1rpm.
With back suction angle setting, it has rich application scenarios. It can support keyboard control mode, communication control mode (RS232, RS485 bus), external control mode (optional multiple signal conversion modules), and passive contact state output.

SV-06 multi-channel switching valve
The valve core is made of sapphire, which is corrosion resistant, high temperature resistant, high pressure resistant, ultra-high wear resistance, and is suitable for a variety of special media.
The standard RS232/RS485/CAN communication interface meets a variety of design requirements.
The of the flow newly developed large diameter of 3.0mm, under the pressure of 0.45Mpa, can reach 3000ml/min, especially suitable for the flow path with impurities, particles, being prone to crystallize, and high viscosity.

The valve core is made of sapphire, which is corrosion resistant, high temperature resistant, high pressure resistant and ultra-high wear resistance, and is suitable for a variety of special media.
Standard RS232/RS485/CAN communication interface to meet a variety of design requirements.
It uses a new optical encoder, increase safety capacitor/communication port protection, anti-surge protection, and reduce power drop/ESD interference, which can adapt to the harsher working environment and help form a protective barrier against interference.

Mrv-01B high pressure valve
State feedback, stable liquid output and long-term operation
High pressure resistance, positive pressure to 1.2Mpa and negative pressure to 0.06Mpa with status feedback. The valve body can be heated to 80°C.
When the valve is switched, no liquid fluctuation or pulsation will be generated, ensuring the stability of the liquid outlet.
Because of being driven by a stepping motor, it can be opened or closed for a long time compared to solenoid valves.

Runze Syringe Pump Series

Runze patented product of small size to save installation space.
It has texted over 3 million times without leakage (medium pure water). The wetted material is made of imported special fluoroplastics, which is resistant to corrosion and high temperature, and is suitable for a variety of special media.
Standard Japanese NMB stepper motor, KSS ball screw, high stability and maintenance-free. It can be equipped with a dedicated drive control, or it can be controlled by the user.

Smart SY-01 and SY-03 are high-end products in the high-precision micro syringe pump independently developed by Runze Fluid. TOP1: Runze plastic joints
Luer joints:
It is a standardized micro non-permeation joint which can simplify the management of liquid and gaseous medical fluids, and allow multiple compatible fluids to be managed using a unified pipeline, which is simple to operate and convenient to use.
Hose joints:
Equal diameter/variable diameter straight-through joints as well as L-type right-angle joints, T-type/Y-type three-way joints, and hose through plate joints are also available.
Hard pipe joints:
There are many different materials such as PP, PTFE, PPS, POM, including pre-tightening force inverted taper, inverted taper joint, flanged joint, inverted taper plug and internal threaded joint with various styles and rich choices. Recently, a PEEK inverted cone joint was newly introduced, which can be used for higher standards.
