Peristaltic pump's pumping principle is to pass through the high-elasticity, corrosion-resistantpolyurethanehose in the pump body, under the rotating squeezing action, the hose suction end forms partial vacuum, and the fluid is sucked into the hose, and then under the rotating squeezing action, the fluid is squeezed to the discharge end of the hose, so as to achieve the purpose of pumping fluid.
Tighten the wrench on the peristaltic pump hose to keep the sampling hose in tension; close the top cover of the sampling chamber.
Insert the cleaning solution into the suction tube, press the cleaning button, andPeristaltic pump starts to rotate. The cleaning solution is sucked into the circulating pool and then discharged from the drainage pipe. The cleaning time is determined by the operator. As long as the cleaning button is released, the cleaning will stop.
After inserting the sample solution into the suction tube, press the suction switch, andPeristaltic pump starts to rotate; when about 1ml is sucked in, the peristaltic pump stops rotating. At this time, the circulating pool is filled with about 0.8ml of the sample, and the instrument starts to measure. When the test is over, if you need to retrieve the tested sample, press the back button. In this way, the originally injected sample in the circulating pool can be reversed to the sample bottle. If no sample recovery is required, the suction tube can be inserted into the cleaning solution, and then press the cleaning button to flush the circulating pool.
Continue to test the next sample according to the previous step. The test continues until the sample is finished.
