The peristaltic pump tubing is composed of three parts: the driver, the pump head, and the hose. The fluid is isolated in the pump tube, which can quickly replace the pump tube, the fluid can flow reversely, and it can run dry, making the maintenance cost low.   • The peristaltic pump tube tubing is squeezed by two cams installed on the shaft in succession. The first cam squeezes the hose wall, forming a vacuum in the hose to suck the fluid into the tube.

  • Now the fluid enters the hose, and the second cam will squeeze the hose, pushing the fluid to move toward the discharge end.

  • When the cam rotates to the discharge end and starts to separate from the hose, the diagonal cam starts to squeeze the hose to ensure that the fluid will not flow back. In this way, the peristaltic pump tubing sucks and pumps the fluid by continuously squeezing two cams.

  • Peristaltic pump tubing can work in an environment of -50-200℃, can be repeatedly high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization, can be sterilized by ethylene oxide, Y-ray, and β-ray irradiation.

The maximum test life of the platinum silicone peristaltic pump tubing tube is: at a speed of 300 rpm and the medium being water, its continuous service life is 500 hours. It is 5-10 times more durable than platinum silicone tubes made from other imported materials.
