1. About the industrial peristaltic pump


Industrial peristaltic pump has its unique performance in product performance. The advantage is that the speed is faster at the same flow rate, and the rotating roller can gently compress the hose. The peristaltic pump can achieve twice the flow rate in actual use. We achieve this by making the pump housing larger so that the pump roller is in contact with the pump hose for a longer period of time. This means that our peristaltic pump can run at a faster speed and still produce the same flow rate.


Industrial peristaltic pumps are mainly composed of the pump room, rotor, roller, idler roller, squeeze tube, and driving device. The squeeze hose is U-shaped in the pump room. When the rotor drives the roller to rotate, the hose is deformed. After the roller rotates, the deformed hose recovers through its elasticity. Therefore, the negative pressure in the hose is generated, the slurry is sucked in, and discharged through the outlet by the push of the roller, forming a pressure conveying of the slurry.
